The staffs were so nice. It took more than 40 min to make my drink.

Soooo good! Staff is decent. Place is spacious and clean. A little pricey.

They never have oat milk or coconut milk. What establishment doesn’t have milk alternatives in this day and age? Even the worst bubble tea places I’ve ever been to have milk alternatives

So yummy! But my gosh, the poor gentleman working alone tonight ? the staff is so friendly and sweet, but could definitely use more people and training to run better.

Been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Making these drinks aren't a simple pre-packaged syrup or mixes. But we usually get 4 drinks and takes 10min. I think that is more than reasonable. My go-to place.
