Freshii - Crown Point

When I called to bring this to their attention, the woman on the other line was defensive and rude. She insisted that I hadn’t requested the wontons on the side, and that they always put everything in the bowl. I tried to explain that our previous order had been different, but she chose to argue instead, claiming I must have requested it on the side last time. After some back-and-forth, I emphasized that if the menu states "crispy wontons," that’s exactly what I should have received. All I wanted was a simple acknowledgment of my complaint. Instead, she yelled at me and said, “I’m sorry your wontons weren't crunchy because YOU didn’t ask for them on the side,” and then she hung up! I've attached a picture of both orders for reference. As noted, I did NOT request the crispy wontons or any dressing/sauce to be placed on the side in either order. Truly TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My wrap was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and well-lit. I will definitely dine here every time I visit Crown Point!

The food here is excellent. While it's on the pricier side, I appreciate that they offer vegan and vegetarian options with the choice to add meat. We definitely need more restaurants like this! I'll be coming back for sure!

Nah this place was not it. way overpriced. Ordered a buddha satay bowl photo for $14, was charged an additional $3 just for adding tofu, 24oz choco peanut butter smoothie for $9 and a wrap for an equally absurd price. We though okay, maybe it will taste really delicious and fresh. But the $3 !! tofu ended up being like 6 cubes of plain unseasoned firm tofu; the wrap wasn 't drained properly and was soggy and leaking at the bottom, smoothie had a strange taste made with real peanuts instead of peanut butter so it was chalky and crunchy. Still ate it bc we spent a fortune on it and didn 't want to just throw it out lol.Customer service wasn 't even redeeming at all lol. I felt completely unwelcomed we weren 't greeted, no music was playing, and the store was empty. The phone rang for a bit, none of the workers picked it up, and when it stopped ringing one of them muttered they couldn 't have just waited? Passive aggressive signs by the cash register saying don 't ask us to break a bill we 're an independent business, not a bank. We recommend the smoothie king next door. We will not be back

Amazingly fresh and good. Went today and the older lady was so patient and kind. The young man was also very nice. It's been so long since having such good customer service; definitely appreciate it.
