Krystal - Crossville

I arrived at Krystal's at 6:30 a.m. and they were happy to assist me. Unfortunately, there is no Krystal's in South Carolina, so I bought some for my best friends and grandchildren.

This small restaurant has great service! The buns were a bit soggy and gave my daughter and me some digestion issues (not sure if it was from the fats).

The woman at the drive-thru was very pleasant, and the food was tasty and made with fresh ingredients.

It has been years since I have been to a Krystals. Not the most healthy option, by far. But today I decided to stop in. I am glad I did. Funny thing is. It was the customer service that made this visit so enjoyable. The young man at the counter was especially friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Not the type of service you get unfortunate these days. I commend him for his attitude. Nice guy. Thank you.

I wanted to eat at 20:30. when I moved into all the lights, they were gone, but there were 4 cars on the parking lot. I called to see how late they closed and said they were already closed. remember, it says online that they are open up to 10 o'clock. they might want to update their hours online because they were already closed at 8:30 on a Friday night.
