Kfc - Crossville

I went to order a holiday meal deal at 6:30 PM, but they were out of chicken breasts. They said it would take 25 minutes to cook more, and they couldn't provide any extra tenders because they weren't cooking enough chicken. What a disappointing experience! The service at KFC was terrible, and it was frustrating to see the staff just standing around doing nothing.

The service was impressively quick, and the staff member who assisted me was very polite. I was also pleased to find that there were plenty of napkins, sauce, and forks available.

I took a friend out to eat, and we had a great time inside the restaurant. I really wish the all-you-can-eat buffet would return, but overall, we had a wonderful experience with excellent service. The restaurant was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you!

Ordered a three-piece Wing meal combo asked how much three more wings would be they were more actually than the three piece meal they wanted $8.99 for three little wings so then my husband orders it says he wants a two-piece and tells the girl what hewants she was a little slow on the uptake but that's neither here nor there the manager comes up interrupts and without evenknowing what our order was start telling the girl what to do and what to give to give us. The manager gave my husband athree-piece instead of a two-piece and I said fine no problem we'll go with it but then I asked for an extra piece of chicken, aleg which I paid $3 for or I was supposed to pay $3 for and she the manager turned around and told the guy packing to give myhusband two legs and a breast well needless to say I did not get my extra leg. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and corn,the mashed potatoes and gravy you could tell had sat out for quite a while the corn looked and tasted like it had been there fora week which I didn't eat I threw away it just was all around a bad experience. If Harlan Sanders was alive today he'd be verydisappointed in the way Kentucky fried Chicken is run I know he's rolling in his grave thinking about how high the prices havegotten and how the employees are not trained in customer relations.

I have to say, their chicken is really good and the cookies are amazing. I would choose their chicken over Bojangles any day. It's the best I've had aside from homemade!
