Cafe Beignet On Royal Street - Cozumel

The cashier (young lady with afro) seems to lack some common sense. Charged me incorrectly, then got angry and had a terrible attitude when it was brought to her attention. Instead of handling it by letting a manager know or refunding me, she grabbed a dollar from the tip jar, and said here just take this if it 'll make you happy with the worst attitude. The manager was aware of what was happening, but didn 't attempt to rectify the situation at all. Went to a different location before, had great service. Maybe ita just this location that 's trash. Also, my friend said her French toast was not good. Food way overpriced.

1st time in New Orleans, it was awesome lots of history here.

Lots of better places to go to in New Orleans. I probably should have had the beignets and not sandwiches

I saw the cockroaches , mice … and several Birds they don’t have any afraid of people lol begging for food. Except those Coffee, Belgium waffles, Grits and Breakfast food are amazing and delicious. Just worried about hygiene. Anyways A very historical restaurant and signature famous restaurant in this town.

The food is always hot and delicious. We love sitting outside. The birds are always around and there’s nice shade.
