Broussard's Courtyard - Cozumel

Back room was terrible. Extremely loud. Wait staff rushed us and I had family in town visiting. We were dressed nice and others in room were in cut offs and tshirts. Poor experience for a local bringing family from out of town.

Broussard's was noted to have a Jazz Brunch on Sundays, which is why we chose that day to go there. The music was barely noticeable. The musicians stood in a back corner of the main dining room for just a few minutes playing and that was it. Then they must have moved outdoors. The service was terrible. After being seated, we waited for 20 minutes and no one had even came to our table to offer us water (and it was 90 degrees out). Finally my husband got up, walked to the front and inquired about when our server would come to the table. After another 10-minutes someone came with water. Then we had to wait for our server to return to the table to take our order. Had to wait about 40 minutes for our meal to come, there were no condiments on the table and when we asked for some it took another 10 minutes to get them. The meal was not at all worth the wait. The staff was polite, but they should have offered to take something off the bill. Definitely never returning.

Our last meal after a week of fabulous eating in Nola! Broussard's did not disappoint! The staff were wonderful, the jazz trio was just what we needed before our departure and the chicken waffles was the best I have ever had across the US. I mean YUM!! The bottomless mimosas were the perfect send off. I highly recommend a stop at Broussard's!

We were here for brunch celebrating a graduation and couldn't have been better! Steven and Lindsey were our servers and were very attentive and accommodating with our two year old. Great brunch experience for a special occasion.

My husband has been nonstop talking about our brunch at Broussard. Highly highly recommend. My husband is not a brunch person but this really changed his mind. It's was a lovely mother's day Jazz brunch, service was amazing and the food, chefs kiss! We tried the fried green tomatoes, bbq shrimp, chicken and waffles and everything was amazing. The crystal glaze for the chicken is superb! $18 and make it bottomless, yes please!! 10/10 recommend!
