Hardee's - Cowpens

The restaurant isn't as good as it used to be. My biscuit was quite crispy, while my husband's meal was perfect. Unfortunately, mine didn't meet the same standard.

The experience was disappointing, featuring stale cookies and an overall dull and uninviting atmosphere.

The food tastes good. My issue is the quality! You order a burger meal that costs $8 then you wait 10 minutes and the fries are cold and soggy and the cheese isnt even melted on the burger so either the prep is an afterthought or the burger wasnt cooked hot enough to melt it; neither is a good thing. Yes its fast food but if they want to remain open they need to give the customer a reason to look forward to coming back to

Staff was upbeat and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Did not have to wait long for them to take out make my order. Will definitely return to this location.

Man the service was awful the food was so nasty. I'm not being extra I'm saying the restaurant wasn't even busy and the food was the worst man. Y'all need to get it together. I will stay away from hardee's for awhile because how awful this place was. Me and my large family won't be back.
