Brix Brick Oven Pub - Cortland

I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly hostess. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the decor was classic and comfortable. I adored the handwritten signs. I was sold on this place when I ordered an Old Fashioned, and the bartender didn't look at melike I was speaking an old forgotten language. She asked what the shelf preference was on the liquor, and then returned promptlywith a perfectly made cocktail. I ordered my food to go and didn't have to wait long. I brought the Korean brussel sprouts andmaple bacon bourbon chicken wings home to share with family and it was all well received. Thank you. ????

Great Gluten-free Pizza and over all options. I always stop here to eat in or I get take out and Ive always had a good experience eating here ????

I had lunch there today. I figured I just eat a quick app or maybe a wrap. I decided to actually go with the chicken bacon ranch pizza. From the time the waitress took my order to the time she placed the pizza in front of me was 11 maybe 12 min tops. As forhow it tasted... I went from wanting an app to eating an entire pizza. I ate the whole thing. A great great experience today.

Brix is one of the best sit down restaurants in Cortland. The inside is beautiful and the food is very good. I recommend getting the Nashville Hot Chicken handheld and the mozzarella sticks! If you are looking to have a sit down dinner I would suggestreserving a table a day or two in advance at least so you can skip the wait!

Awesome place with a great menu! Highly recommended for us college parents to take our students to for a meal.
