Poor, forgot my food and waited mins and then mentioned it and they took age groups to make it. do not return

Sausage and mash nothing to write home. chips crack on eating the mannes. grizzly baby very annoying. Maybe have breakfast.

Went for a family meal and would never return. Staff are rude and arrogant. We were asked to leave but offered no refund after they proceeded to watch our table on CCTV and apparently saw our year old sip some of my husbands beer...glass. This was despite being a mistake on ordering which we explained that he was with adults eating a meal. It wasn’t what was said but the tone and nature the staff dealt with it. A young man maybe no more than himself approached our table asking us to drink up and leave- stole my husbands pint he ordered and was drinking. Breached Covid rules coming into our personal space with no mask. Duty manager was rude/ nasty and gave no apology. Completely unskilled to deal with our complaint. After another customer remarked on my accent and said ‘ we were from Yorkshire’so didn’t understand the staff the duty manager and other male staff member laughed at the customer in agreement. This pub is completely discriminatory. I would advise not to enter if you are not Cornish and white as god knows how they treat people who are of a black skin colour or from other countries. Ps. We actual live walking distance from the pub in Helston and my accent is from Lincolnshire where I was born that is not Yorkshire) WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PUB EVER AGAIN This is why hospitality is going down the pan. Food was also poor value to add!

We stopped off for lunch mid week. Food easy to order and pay for at your table. Food came up fairly quickly, freshly cooked. Drinks arrived first. Good size portions, tasty. Very good value for adults including a drink each.
