I and my wife have mcdonalds yesterday. we were so warmly welcomed by a coworker called jackie. she was so helpful and very friendly. she is a credit to mcdonalds. she and her coworker who she trained we are like a family. do not see this in many mcdonald’s, but in penzance we have done it.

Personal friendly, eating well and hot, using the click and service bit of a wait, but overall very happy.

Always a poor experience. Same group owns a few and they're all awful all the time. Nice when I am up the line at a proper McDonalds
