Waterbean Coffee - Cornelius

This is my favorite coffee shop, but their staff at the Cornelius location are the rudest of any restaurant I’ve ever been to!! I always say hello and they never smile or respond. I say thank you when I get my coffee or food and again zero response. So unprofessional and rude. The Huntersville location is not like this and their staff is very nice. I quit tipping this location because of the terrible service. If it wasn’t for the good coffee and food I would never go again. Unacceptable.

The Veggie melt was delicious, and bigger than what I was expecting. My husband liked the Good Morning croissant. The coffee is good. Great atmosphere.

Great experience every time i come there, the coffee is superb and I’d like to give a special shout out to one of baristas. Kim had impeccable customer service, and did everything in a timely manner.

I come here often, usually the huntersville location. But I want to write the review with hopes management sees my little gripe. I’m happy to sit in your pleasant space and enjoy your tasty (and expensive) coffee. But when I order espresso (or anything else) I don’t want a single use disposable cup. This really irks me. Multiple times even after I specify I want it “for here” I’m served disposable containers. It kills the taste, the ambiance, increases waste and certainly tips the scale against the price point. This isn’t Starbucks. If you’re competing for takeout coffee customers use a drive thru.

Amazing place with good tea but I wish that they would bring back the Sakura rose tea it was literally the best
