I was here earlier this month because of a super long layover (10+ hrs luckily I have friends in the area who picked me up and we hung out. I had such a craving for tamales and my friend recommended this place. It's almost been 3 weeks and I'm still thinking about my vegan tamale! The staff was super friendly and also recommended their guacamole (I'm kind of a snob since I'm pretty particular about my guac. They did not disappoint- it was freshly made and seasoned so well. Their chips were nicely salted and added a nice texture between having tamales and guacamole. If it's not too busy, talk to the staff, they're super friendly and you'll find out all about their international travel and backgrounds that influenced the MULTIPLE menus they offer. There is really something for everyone on their menus! I wish I lived nearby because I know my bf and I would order all the time!

OMG I can't say enough great things about them!! From service to food 5+ stars!!!! We are nurses at the hospital and called to order and these guys were top notch! Not only did they make us amazing food, they delivered (without grub hub!!! The burger was incredible, the burrito, to die for! Their freshly made guacamole and salsa was everything! Aaaaannnnddd, don't even get me started on the flan and tiramisu, I'm pretty sure we would fight over those! Thank you so much from these hungry nurses! We will be calling again soon!! You guys are AWESOME!!

Amazing food! Do try the Nutella tiramisu. Yes, it's as good as it sounds. We are so happy this food cart opened near us.

Breakfast burritos were great, the best I've had in the Hillsboro/Cornelius area. Ingredients were fresh, tortilla was grilled and had a nice crunch to it. Spices and sauces were also superb. My wife and I were very satisfied and we will be coming back for sure.
