Edit: I'm leaving the original review here, but underneath it, I've added an update. Original: Service is always slow, whether in the restaurant or in the drive thru. And you have a literal 50/50 chance of there being something wrong with your order. One time, they forgot tomatoes on all our burgers. Once, ordered a combo with an orange drink for the soda. Got up to the window, and they had charged me extra for an orange juice instead of a soda. I avoid this particular BK unless I have no choice. And then I usually regret it. Update: Gave this location anther try several times recently after a couple years, and they seem to have fixed their problems. I've gotten they the drive through quickly with no issues, and all orders have been correct, even special orders. So I've upped my rating, no reason to avoid this location anymore, you'll be fine now.
