Supermac's - Cork

Stop here again and again when in the area with children. Ice machine never works, and the spare part does not sell individual ice creams and bad range multipacks that are bad quality. Chips are very salty, also with children's dishes. Every time the children of Cheeseburger did not get them cheese on them. Last two articles were missing. It takes a long time, though you're not busy. It is ok if you are not picky or with children, but considering the time takes and fact they are not busy when we are made the mistakes there, is simply not acceptable and this has been the only Supermacs branch where salt has already been added to children's food

3 times in a row, later in the evening, I was told(along with a few other customers) I would be waiting at least 20mins to order (to busy at the moment). So busy in fact, the staff took the time to talk, n stare deply into space!

Very slow service. And surprisingly for a place that claims its 5 ounce burgers are fresh and never frozen, they use frozen burgers. The same could be said for the buns, which do not appear to be heated in any way at all.

Went in to get ice creams they were not busy we were only ones at counter slow service,asked for 2 99 cones for me and my young lad with sprinkles only to be handed the cones no sprinkles when told we wanted sprinkles he scrapped the bottom of the tub where they were for one cone and told me there was none for second cone the guy seemed as if it was he first time making cones he knew where nothing was had to ask the other guy everything poor and slow service first time using supermacs there will not rush back there

Been in and out of this place over the years and all I can say is this place is a disgrace, not just supermacs but the store it's self. Plenty of options but all poorly made. Can't even get a cheese burger right. Can't imagine them struggling with the volume of people that go through here in a week, but standards have dropped. The deli gives out tiny portions with a hefty price tag and it's all slapped together by someone who clearly has no idea what they're doing. Shame since there is alot of potential. Hopefully they up the standards!!
