Panda Express - Cordova

I absolutely adore this restaurant, and I'm sure you will as well. It's located in a lovely area with plenty of other shops nearby. The place is spotless, the servers are fantastic, and the food is delightful.

The restaurant was fairly clean, and I didn't notice anything particularly negative. I arrived shortly before closing, so some items weren't available, but that's on me. However, what I did order was exactly what I wanted and delicious.

I come here very often because it is very convenient. The food more often than not is like the pictures. It’s a mess, the breading Is wet inside, and it is balled up in a mush next to the shrimp. I’ve asked them to make them fresh but for some reason they’re not allowed to do that. However when the food is fresh it’s good. So if you want to take a gamble go right ahead. Sometimes it’s worth it.

Unfortunately this time my food was not really tasty. In the past, probably one year ago it was delicious. This time the rice was like to dry and not flavor the shrimp and walnuts not good. The price for two persons which was two plates with one entree two drinks and four veggie spring roll plus one extra entree the price was $30.40. l don't mind when the food is good and tasty.

I've eaten at a number of these around the country and this particular restaurant food is marginal at best. Portion size was by far smaller than any of the Panda Express restaurants that I've eaten at. I ordered the beef and broccoli and their was only 3 of the smallest pieces of beef in the order. The lomein noodles were not cooked completely and were overwhelmed by the amount of onions used in the dish, little or no cabbage was used. I expect much better from this organization.
