Mcdonald's - Cordova

Let's keep this simple. Take a look at the attached image of a sausage and cheese McMuffin. Would you be proud to serve burnt food like this to your family? This meal clearly passed through the hands of the person cooking it and the person wrapping it, neither of whom cared about the quality. It's disappointing that this is what was offered to customers. Overall, the restaurant failed to meet expectations.

The restaurant's website stated that they were open 24 hours. As an Uber driver picking up a meal for delivery, I arrived at the restaurant after a 20-minute drive. Unfortunately, there were already customers waiting. Despite arriving at 5:25am, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was rudely told over the intercom, "WE AREN'T OPEN UNTIL 5:45!" I parked in front of the speaker to save my spot in line, but was then told to find a parking spot by another employee. I am now stuck waiting, finding it odd that a McDonald's would be closed during peak breakfast hours.

When I overheard some derogatory remarks about a white woman's behavior at the counter, I was appalled. It's embarrassing to see people treating customers this way. I understand that finding good employees can be tough, but that's no excuse for such behavior. I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my child to this restaurant.

This location opens and closes when it wants to! I came the other morning she said we don’t open till 7:30am with a very Nasty attitude. I came again tonight around 10pm. Not a soul was there. Not a car in the parking lot. But there was a long drive through line. They make there own hours. Fast food isn’t like it used to be. People now a days are angry to have a job that they applied for! SMH sad I had to give it a star!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We just sat in the drive through from 9 to 9:30 pm along with a dozen other cars we were never greeted or told anything. When we pulled around the lady inside was just counting money acting like we weren’t there. If they were closed they could have said that but Google says 24 hours. HORRIBLY RUDE staff and AWFUL management I’d suggest finding a different place to go eat please never go here if you don’t want your time wasted.
