Just walk in... If you are not wearing a very expensive outfit or suit, you do not belong here. Ruth Chris used to have a snotty, full of itself joint in North Miami Beach. It’s gone. Now, Ruth Chris has moved from the stuffy, extremely rich folks of the north to the credit card ;rich ; of the Gables... without skipping a beat. Ruth’s Chris steak house is an absolute 'must see ' in Miami-Dade County. Just take your lowest rate platinum card!!! The service is very full of something; if you don 't know which fork goes where and which plate should be doing what... good luck. This place is for the ;rich !!! Although, I must admit... Ruth Chris can cook a steak so tender and great that you will not complain too much about how bad your wallet got beat up!!! The decor is extreme on the elegance scale, the food passes your expectations... but... the whole ;I’m better than you ; feeling hangs in your mind, long after you leave. Just for a good laugh, order the filet mignon to go... I did it on a recent visit. They will stare at you like you are nuts. Overall, great place to see and be seen.

Giovanni gave excellent service top notch. My husband and I really enjoyed seating with him and the food top tier as always.
