Papa John's Pizza - Coral Gables

The manager at this place speaks to men, raises his voice to customers, he is the most rude restaurant manager I have ever conquered. I don't know his name, but he had black hair, wearing glasses, a little big and a little overweight. he has made a change to wed. 9. 2022 at 11 o'clock. I couldn't even order, I went on the road to dominoes.

This is the worst Papa John's location. Whenever I order delivery, they always make me get the food from the building lobby instead of bringing it up to my apartment and I always tip well. Tonight, I ordered pick up to avoid this issue and it somehow reverted back to delivery. I immediately called the store to have it corrected. When I showed up at the store at the time they provided, the pizza was not ready and they were not willing to adjust the charge to remove the delivery fees. I called the online customer service number and after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, the call immediately got disconnected. I will never order from Papa John's again.

I left notes Use Video Doorbell . Simple and easy to follow. The delivery tracker says the driver arrived. No call, no show, 10 mins later I call the front desk and ask if someone from Papa John 's came by. They said only a Domino 's guy for another apartment number. I call the store and tell them that the app shows the pizza was delivered but no one has called or knocked on my door. They contact the driver and and the driver says the concierge didn 't allow them to enter. That 's a lie, I just spoke with the concierge and they said no one from Papa John 's was downstairs. I call the concierge again and they said the Papa John 's guy just arrived for the first time tonight. What was he doing in those 10-15 mins? Why didn 't he read the notes and call me to get access to the building if the front desk allegedly didn 't let him enter . The guy shows up 5-10 mins later and says he 's sorry and repeats the same excuse. He tries to give me candy...??? Come on dude, why would I take your candy, I ordered pizza and I don 't know where that candy has been or if it even was candy. Seriously, find a better driver that can follow instructions and doesn 't lie. It 's not rocket science to deliver a pizza.

Worst service ever. After 90min of waiting I called and they said that my order was going to take another hour. After another 60min the told me my ordered was canceled
