Przekaż informację zwrotnąNobody was there when we got in. the place was closed at 8 o'clock. we ordered from kiosk and it took a while to see someone at the front. the air didn't work and the restroom was like a lot. they had drinking water air conditioning systems that keep the place cool when they were close to them, but the filters had baked on dust in the front, which was not coming up. I've never seen a panera like that. but eating was great. Hopefully the air will be fixed soon.
Don't go to this restaurant if you want to eat in. They only cater to Uber Eats and other pick up delivery services. You will stand and wait for an inordinate amount of time as you watch them prepare to go meals. Our simple order took over 25 minutes even though there was no one else in the restaurant.
The only reason I am writing this review is because I had negative experiences two days in a row. Yesterday my sister and I ordered coffee for pick up and once we began to drink it we realized the milk was expired. There were chunks floating around in it. I called and they did not offer me a refund but told me to go back to the store to discuss. I was at work so I was not able to do so. She also mention that they know the milk is expired and said they threw out all of the milk in their fridge. Today, we ordered a bag of 18 bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese for my office. The cream cheese was sour. The expiration date states October but this spread was clearly bad. A few people ended up getting stomach aches and throwing up because of the sour cream cheese. I called Panera about 8 times to no avail. I finally called corporate and they assisted but needless to say, I will not be going back to Panera Coral Gables. On top of all of the expiration issues, it is very hot and musty in that location. They have portable air units everywhere that just blow out air, no circulation. It has been like this for over a year.
A very disappointing experience! terrible service, poor quality, no AC, dirty tables, definitely not what it used to be... I felt like asking for my money back!
Panera used to be a reliable restaurant. Unfortunately, not anymore!!! I placed an order today at 10:30 AM for a business lunch. Food was needed at 12:15 PM. Driver from Door Dash told me the order, if lucky, will be ready at 1:45 PM. Panera manager told him directly they were super busy !!!! I called the store immediately. They put me on hold, disconnected the call and never answered the phone again. Unbelievable! If Panera has no capability to deliver their orders, then they should not take the orders from the beginning. I will never, ever order catering from again. And please, do not blame COVID19, supply chain, or else!
