Ichimi Ramen - Coral Gables

Charming and authentic little ramen spot. It brings to mind an amazing place I visited in London. I highly recommend it for a casual, relaxed, and intimate dinner. It’s not suited for large groups.

After a truly disappointing experience at Momi, Ichimi was a breath of fresh air. It was the complete opposite of the poor service and overly salted ramen I encountered before. The staff at Ichimi are not only polite but genuinely kind, always going above and beyond. As someone who is pregnant and often limited to ginger ale, they remember me and my preferred can of Seagrams. The welcome is always warm, and the food is fantastic. One evening, when they were particularly busy, the male manager took care of all the tables by himself, managing everything with a gracious attitude and a smile. Many people would have let the pressure affect their customer service, but he maintained his professionalism and composure throughout. We’ve become four new loyal customers thanks to our experience at Ichimi!
