Met clients for lunch at Hillstone. Top of the line restaurant. Service, food, atmosphere... All were excellent!

The most extensive menu out of any Hillstone/Houstons location. The caesar salad is the best in the world- it really is. Veggie burger is amazing; key lime amazing; spinach dip is amazing. All good quality. Bring back the milkshakes from years ago. The staff is great also. Thank you

Honestly I wasn’t expecting that the food to be that average in very busy place like Hillstone But again everyone has a different opinion of the food cooking, presentation and seasoning The sushi was tasteless and the salad was missing the basic essential of flavor The ribs was little sweet but good The filet mignon was cooked to burn from outside and all blood on the inside and what was supposed to be medium well The tres leches was well presented but missing the taste authenticity Overall it’s super expensive for average food

Excellent and delicious food. The spinach dip was an awesome appetizer. The hamburger was excellent and probably the best in Miami. The reservation was perfectly on time. The servers are permanently trained and professional. The restaurant is very clean and the quality is always very high.
