Cascade Pool Cafe At The Biltmore Miami

I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was quite unappetizing, and my burger was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The fries weren’t great either. Given that this is an upscale hotel, I expected a much higher standard.

This restaurant is stunning, with excellent food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. There was no wait, and the service was top-notch. The food and its presentation were impressive. The seating area by the pool is lovely, and the view of the beautiful sign structure adds to the experience. Highly recommended!

We celebrated my wife's birthday. it was a little expensive to lunch, but eating was very good. we also sat outside by the huge pool.

The location is beautiful, but the quality of the food has really declined since COVID. We ordered 18 French toast, which was more like toast with prepacked syrup containers. There are too few servers and the servers that exist are overworked. Service is slow and food quality and selection is bad. We loved coming and eating by the pool, but now it's not worth the money.

The food here wasn?t something I enjoyed at all. My hubby got the tuna tartare appetizer and did love it. They seriously only have like 8 menu items right now, so not a ton to pick from. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are shoestring, we?re over cooked and had no flavor. The chicken tender wasn?t good at all. My hubby did get a few drinks which he liked, especially the **** Mary.
