Pizza Factory Coquitlam

I have visited Pizza Factory a couple of times and its always a delightful experience. Their daily specials are the best. The crust is just the right balance of crispy and chewy. The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist with the order. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Factory to everyone.

Pizza Factory website had 3 for 1 deal. Upon check out, 3 for 1 deal was gone and pizzas that were going to cost 40-ish$, ended up costing 80$. Called and asked for some kind of reparation and was offered nothing. Pizzas not worth 80$ (Edit) was given the phone number for the owner who proceeded to blame a delivery service (SkipTheDishes) for the problem. When confronted that we used his website, he hung up on us. What great service! (2nd Edit) After fighting with Visa, we were able to get the deal reversed. Was not worth this headache. Don't use that website!

Pizza tasted pretty darn good as well as the customer service was really nice and cosiderate since they made necessary alterations for my food restrictions
