Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went to nandos in coquitlam in jan and got big service. the maid was very patient, as our group of 6 friends changed their mind during the order. the food was delivered hot to our table after all cutlery and teller were set up. quality was excellent. very friendly staff. we went back tonight (mar 12, 2022) and became again the same type of customer service and the food was again, good quality. the manager himself helped serve with the since her personal began to be busy, she was very pleasant with a great feeling of humor. that will be our GO-TO nandos, even if we all live in bby. many thanks to nandos coq, for a great culinary experience!
What do you want me to say? I love nandos huh. it's so delicious and I'd eat here every day if I could. also the sides are very delicious. all the cash registers are very friendly and I just want to say I know how pleasant they are all, despite having to deal with some crabby pandemic clients.
Lunch through a delivery service, it came at 12:30 o'clock. when you opened the load only one hour and a half in front of the door, it seems to be honest as if it were one or two days old. it was obviously not fresh. not happy with the quality of food. I have ordered many paintings here, and more than 5 times about a delivery service. during the ordering by a delivery service are always much smaller. but it was never a problem of complaining, I just took it as part of the company. but give them very low quality and (potential) old food? unacceptable. more than 20 times go there and 1 experience ruins everything. I don't go back to this place. surrey's location is much better than that. I'd rather go for 30 minutes than wasting my money on old eating.
My partner and I stopped to get a meal after a afternoon of Christmas shopping. in the rule when we go to restaurants, we are welcomed in a very friendly and welcoming way. nando's personal was far from being, in fact, they went out of their way to be rude to us. they asked for our passports, but we are extremely rude about it, unnecessary. Do people not go to restaurants to relax and recharge for the day? Shouldn't it be stress-free? it is not at this place. it was not just a person who was rude, it was all of them! and eating!? what happened to her sharing? So do they count the number of riders they give us? we ordered 2 chicken monkeys with horses. we have no more than 17 pieces small pommes, a small piece of chicken in our packaging, untended, a small piece of salat, and a thick layer I guess to fill the space in the packaging so that it did not look empty. it was a childish, it could have been. we are not always boycott nando because of this experience.
This is by far the worst service and food we’ve ever had of all the Nando’s locations.We ordered a meal with fries and received maybe 12 pieces of fries… it looked more like a snack than a meal.I was most appalled about their service to patrons. We already sat down but the manager and staff were extremely rude to another couple waiting for their food. With the new regulations, a lot of us know that we have to provide proof of vaccination. The staff are definitely anti-Covid making the whole place extremely uncomfortable for everyone. I am not minimizing the impact Covid has had in our city, but when asking for proof of vaccination, both the staff and manager were beyond rude to this other couple who looks like took some time to find their passports. The staff clearly hate their jobs and don’t want to be there.People go to these places to eat, have some down time, relax, etc. It shouldn’t be stressful to eat anywhere. Everyone follows the rules, we know what we have to do, but they don’t have to be rude about it.We finished our meal and got up to leave, the staff looked at me and rolls her eyes at us…Nando’s 12 pieces of fries isn’t a “meal”. And the chicken was u fee seasoned. We asked for medium spicy but the chicken was barely seasoned.
