Bento Sushi - Coquitlam

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I would suggest looking for a different place to eat. Additionally, the customer service was practically nonexistent. The rice was lumpy and chewy, which was unappetizing. Not great at all!

I never thought I would end up eating frozen sushi.

As others have noted, the sushi rice here is slightly firmer than what you would usually find at most restaurants. This is probably because the sushi is prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for customers, so I can understand that. Although the dining experience isn't the best, it offers great convenience for a quick meal on the go, making it ideal for those in a rush. The portion sizes are appropriate, and the flavors work well for eating while walking. I made my payment at the Safeway checkout.

Don't be too discouraged. You might want to consider trying another restaurant. The customer service left a lot to be desired, and the rice was hard and chewy.

Not great. The food was very dry, and this location is at Safeway near Burquitlam Plaza.
