I ordered a two-piece leg thigh. The red beans and rice was so hot good!!This Cove location was on it today. Well done.. Today, I stopped at this location once again and experienced bad customer service! When I pulled up to the pickup window, I asked for packets of honey and was handed packets that were wet, covered in sticky honey.I was very annoyed and asked the employee why he handed me wet filthy packets only to get a shrugged shoulder and blank look!So, I asked him if he was aware of how unsanitary that was and he again looked at me as if he was confused. Another employee stepped in to assist him, giving me a completely stupid response that, a manager would normally have an employee clean the packets first because more often than not, they come covered in honey since some of the packets somehow break open during transport but, she added, I suppose someone forgot to do it today . She stood there waiting for me I suppose to say it was OK but, instead, I brought it to her attention that it was not ok. I was behind the wheel and now had honey all over my hands, so she went and got me a piece of wet paper towel to clean my hands so that I could drive. Neither of them apologized for the inconvenience and for passing me wet, sticky packets. I hate this type of interaction.

Fries are always old, chicken is always almost room temperature. They mess up my order in the drive thru every single time. They do correct their mistake if you go inside, but it should not be an issue in the first place. Judging by most of the employee's demeanor and performance, it must be a terrible place to work. Good food when fresh, I just wish the management did a better job.

I live in cove and this is the third time I have been and they didn’t have what I ordered didn’t work with me on something I would like to replace it with only that my option was spicy nothing else I don’t eat spicy food but I took what they gave me anyways and paid. My chicken was dry sitting under the lampFor hours , the chicken fingers were so skinny and small it was a joke I paid for a 3 piece and they were dry and nasty too, the red beans and rice had been sitting so long there was a crusty ring of beans where it had been sittingAll 4 of them were the same I ordered a large and got 4 one servings to equal and large) news flash that’s a ripOff as well 4 of these wouldn’t fill a large container up I 100% promise you, the service was slow and a tad rude , wasted $25 dollars as all the food was trash and now I get to goSpend another $25 to actually get a meal to eat and be full….. get it together Popeyes orDrop the prices to match the service and foodComing out ofThere you can’t charge 5 star prices for half star food ….

I came in and already ppl were mad because food was incorrect and that already should have been a sign to leave. The cashier was clueless and she was on her phone she helped me. I had to repeat my order like 4 times and then asked her to repeat it to me because she had that d look in her face. I ordered two meals and she thought she was doing something when she combined the fries together in a large order. They are separate meals which didn’t make sense to me. Avoid this place at all costs

I’m not one to complain at all, I just think it’s so crazy how consistent they are at going so slow and having people wait the amount of time they do. Placed a order for pickup at 1155 and it is not 1222 and I have still yet to receive my food. Terribly unorganized, foods great but don’t get food on your lunch break that’s all I can say.
