Kempner Brick Oven

We don't visit this restaurant often, but it is always good. It is family-owned and serves German-style food. The young man who works there is very respectful and fun to talk to. He is the son of our good friend who used to be a schoolteacher and is dearly missed now. His students loved him, and the young man working at the restaurant remembers our friend fondly. I really enjoy coming here.

I picked up a carryout pizza, it was delicious! It was ready in the exact amount of time that they said it would be ready in. They were very pleasant when ringing me up. I definitely would go back!

The restaurant offers delicious and authentic German cuisine, along with excellent service. Despite being informed that service might be slower due to staff requesting time off for graduation, we found the timing to be normal for a sit-down restaurant. The herb butter spaetzle was exceptional, among the best I've ever had, even in Germany.

First time and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food is. Service was also top notch. I've been to Germany several times and this place is by far the best German cuisine I've had in the USA. I had the Jaeger Schnitzel and my partner had the Reuben sandwich and she was also very surprised. We'll be back many more times.

The service was great! We were greeted, and our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Their bakery items are so good! My mother and I love going in for coffee and cake while we catch up! You can't beat their friendly atmosphere and service! I have been going here for years and definitely recommend this little gem of a restaurant!
