Bandit's Bbq Catering - Copperas Cove

I ordered the brisket plate with pinto beans, collard greens, and cornbread. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return!

The brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and pork were all excellent. It was my first time trying the food at this restaurant.

The turkey lunch plate is really big and juicy, and the green beans are outstanding. My husband really enjoyed his bratwurst plate. We definitely plan on returning to this restaurant.

The first time here, and no regret! we had added the 4 meat sampler, a few pages and yum! her sweet texas charme was the cherry top. we're coming back!

I've been going to Bandit's since I got back to Texas in December of 2019. They were a food truck at the time and I stopped by religiously every Friday (They serve Texas Tators on this day). They have since moved into a hard stand building....and everything is just as good. The ribs do not need sauce. The brisket is perfect. The greens are phenomenal with just thr perfect amount of heat. I recommend to everyone. They also have pork belly on Saturday's....which is....you guessed it....AMAZING.
