Starbucks - Coppell

I ordered online and had to pick up my order, but one of the sandwiches was unavailable. The staff not only offered me a replacement but also gave me a $4 gift card as a gesture for the inconvenience. Everyone was friendly, and I was in and out quickly.

The good: Their drinks aren't made with low-fat cream like at the last two places I tried. They really know how to make a proper Chai Frap! The other two locations completely missed the mark. They have a fantastic terrace area with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The bathrooms were clean, and the parking was decent, although I didn't notice much else in the area. Overall, it looks like I’ll be passing by two Starbucks just to grab something from this place!

Despite the hectic rush of Mother's Day this morning, the baristas handled my complicated order with impressive efficiency and a friendly attitude! I really appreciate the care they took to ensure my order was delicious. Thank you!
