Placed an order online for 1 birthday cake, and it was ready at the exact scheduled time! Took me less than a minute to go in and pick it up. Super friendly employees as well! The cake looked and tastes great as well ????

I had one of their employees steal my debit card information and order Uber eats not even 10 minutes after I left. Luckily I viewed my bank statements for an unrelated reason and happened to see the unauthorized purchase. I have filed a police report and am going to press charges. PLEASE BEWARE you not can trust people to do the right thing. The Only reason they got a one star rating is because you cannot post your review no stars.

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner, Paige, today, and she took the time to address my concerns and made everything right. The management at this location genuinely values customer experience, which I truly appreciate. Mistakes can happen, and it's great to see how they recover from them. I have to give major credit to the ownership here. I’ve adjusted my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Once our order was finally ready, I went to pay and handed the cashier a gift card that my oldest son had won at school. Unfortunately, the two employees there didn’t know how to process the payment, including the gift card. One of them called the manager, but even then, they couldn’t figure it out and asked if I could come back another time to use the gift card. The service was disappointing! Staff should be fully trained, especially if they’re working without a manager present. It’s frustrating to be overlooked, especially when you’re a parent trying your best to enjoy a simple outing with your kids. Managers should ensure that their employees have business cards to distribute. When I asked for the manager’s name and phone number, I was told they couldn’t provide a contact number. No phone number or email for the store? It felt very unprofessional!

The cookie cake was overly soft and lacked flavor; it didn't seem properly baked and had a mushy texture. I personally dislike raw cookie dough, and this felt and tasted just like that. As an update, I shared some of the cake with friends who are fans of cookie cake, and they had the same impression. They found it difficult to taste and another friend remarked that it seemed undercooked. Although my guests usually enjoy soft cookie cakes, they agreed that this one was also not done right, just as I had mentioned. Initially, they were polite and didn't voice their opinions, but after I expressed my disappointment, they felt comfortable sharing their own thoughts. Overall, I found it to be overpriced for what it offered. The only positive aspect was the cake's design.
