Can someone explain to me why if I ordered and paid online, I would have to show the restaurant the Card I used to pay for my order when their store sent an email confirmation of payment. I mean, really? I've never had to show my card or ID when I pickup my food before either. Providing my name should have sufficed. Why would I come to a restaurant and use someone else's name if I was the one that placed the order. The system should provide the receipt and name. This was my first time trying this place, and nonsense like this makes me pause.The food was okay. The tilapia was a bit plain no real flavor. The hot sauce helped. The coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting for a minute I had to dispute of it, sadly. The corn bites, hushpupies, chicken wings and fries were good though.I'm good. Glad I finally tried this place non the less.

The Evansmill location is the BEST, unfortunately I live closer to the Rockbridge location which is not as good. Check your order closely for missing food because if you have to call them you might end up cursing asomebody out!

After waiting a looong time for our order, we were missing food. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, which I felt they could have. Overall I probably would not come back.
