Peet's Coffee - Concord

I love going to this Peet's coffee shop! The drinks are always well made and the staff is friendly, making our visits enjoyable. The manager, Patti, and her team know our names and always greet us with a smile. Patti has even helped me discover new coffee options by recommending different drinks and variations to try. My favorite is their classic cappuccino! Although the line can get long at times, the baristas work efficiently to get through orders quickly.

I ordered a drip coffee at this Peet's location and found it to be old and burnt. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by this place. It's a shame that this Peet's is so inconsistent. I have decided to deduct a star from my review. This morning, in a rush, we stopped at this Peet's on our way. Unfortunately, our order took a full 30 minutes to be completed, and once again, my coffee had a burnt taste. I wish there was a nice local coffee shop in Todos Santos plaza instead. I believe it would do much better than this Peet's, which I find to be a joke. The only other option in the area is Starbucks.

This is a great place to get coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped by to buy a gift card for my friend's birthday and I will definitely be back for more.

The inside of the coffee shop was not clean you could not hear your name being called because they hardly said it so we're just standing there looking crazy they ask you your name so they can call your name when your drink is ready and we couldn't even hear them call it then my chai tea was not good at all overall I give this coffee shop a zero rating and would not go back again nor recommend anyone else going back again

Definitely a rating I'd love to review later and give more stars. At the moment this is a 1 star location because of how understaffed they are it causes the employees to be overwhelmed and have attitude which I can understand. They tell you if you want to order expect 20+ min delay and sometimes they don't want to take orders because they are so backed up. Again nothing more than a management issue because Peet's Coffee has been solid throughout the years.
