There’s no worse feeling than being left out from your group while your order never arrives and everyone else finishes their meals. Here's a piece of advice for Jungle Jim's CBS: DO NOT SERVE CUSTOMERS UNTIL ALL ORDERS ARE CORRECT AND READY! I cannot recommend this location due to poor management and insufficient staff training.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was quite tasty, although it was a bit cold in the center. I really enjoyed the charming little sink display in the bathroom. Overall, it was a lovely evening out.

The weather outside was freezing, and when we were seated, the air conditioning was on, making our table uncomfortably cold. The only thing that arrived hot was the appetizer; the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out all day. My sandwich was also ice cold and quite messy. During our entire visit, we were checked on only once, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We mentioned our concerns to the waiter, but he took no action. This was my second visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last. I would have preferred not to give any stars, but unfortunately, you can't submit a review without doing so.

Place was freezing, just before supper rush but it took 2 different staff to serve us cold food and the fries were the little bits one would get in bottom of bag....wish I had a picture to prove how
