The coffee is old and should be replaced, yet they continue to serve expired coffee. The food area is messy, making everything unappetizing. The staff is unfriendly, with no greetings or hellos. Despite being a busy drive-thru, they should pay more attention to the guests. It is also frustrating that it takes much longer to receive a latte in-store compared to the drive-thru. Elizabeth was helpful during our visit, but due to the unsanitary conditions, I will not be returning to this location.
The restaurant shows a lack of concern for walk-in customers and prioritizes drive-thru and mobile orders. If you have plenty of time to spare, you can come here, but if not, I recommend going elsewhere.
We waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of us. There appeared to be some issues with the order of the car ahead, leading to a prolonged exchange between the driver and cashier. It would have made sense to move that car to the parking lot while they sorted things out to prevent the line from getting longer. When we finally reached the window, we mentioned the long wait to the employee who took our order, but received no acknowledgment or apology. We were just charged and given our order, the same as the previous customer. This lapse in customer service left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. The drive-thru would benefit from having staff with better conflict resolution skills and a more customer-oriented approach.
Not happy at all. It was our 2nd time at this location and both times speed of service was horrible. We were in drive thru about 18 minutes. Definitely not going back to this
Every day, this Starbucks location gets worse and worse. Dont come here if you value your time or are on your way to work. Orders are never ready at given time on the app. And they're always late with orders for more than 10 minutes ! Ordering ahead defeats the whole purpose as this location ALWAYS makes me late more than 15 minutes late to work !!! It's ridiculous! And the customer service, they won't even acknowledge you while you stand there attempting to ask a question about your order. It's like you don't exist unless you get rude.
