Carl's Jr. - Compton

Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told that they don't get the order! I said there was an order number and a digital entry that says I paid for an order here. the person on the other side of the loudspeaker only said that we didn't get it and offered no other help until I had suggested to come inside to show him my reception. then he just said move forward and we'll look at it. so it took about 20 minutes in a trip thru it took 20 minutes to pick up a contract that was paid for 20 minutes before I even went home. I will not go back to this place, and it is the closest to my home.

This restaurant is fantastic! They offer a fantastic variety of delicious food options.

I can't complain about the customer service at Carl's Jr - it's the best ever! The staff is so cheerful and attentive.

The person working at the counter was so friendly and welcoming, they really brightened my day and made me want to come back again.

Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy.
