Subway - Comox

I really enjoy this place because the owners and bartenders are fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly people.

Excellent venue! They're hosting a Chase the Ace event with a jackpot of $40,000.

We used to visit this Subway regularly, to the point where the staff knew exactly how my daughter's sandwich was made. It had been a while since our last visit, so I didn't expect that familiarity, but I was genuinely taken aback by how little personality the girl at the counter displayed today. My daughter tried to joke with her, but she looked at her as if she had two heads. When I asked her to please make the sandwich as shown on the menu, she almost snapped at me. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day and is normally friendly, but as people who've spent many years in customer service, we were puzzled by her attitude. We really missed Mikey and Jacqui during this visit! We are willing to give it another try, but with three other locations nearby that have more personable staff, we might end up choosing them in the future. I'm sure it doesn't matter much to the owners, but we were disappointed by our return to this location.

I was genuinely taken aback by how little personality the girl at the counter displayed today. My daughter tried to joke with her, but the girl looked at her as if she had two heads. When I politely requested that she prepare the sandwich as listed on the menu, she nearly snapped at me. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's generally unfriendly, but as people with extensive customer service experience, we found her demeanor puzzling. We really missed Mikey and Jacqui during this visit! We’ll give this location another chance, but with three other options nearby that have more personable staff, we might choose to go elsewhere in the future. I'm sure it doesn't matter much to the owners, but our return visit here was quite disappointing.

The staff here are fantastic. They are incredibly polite and will provide you with excellent service.
