Parry's Pizzeria Taphouse

First visit here. The floor was sticky at the entrance yuk! We were seated at a two person booth by the bar where I had a perfect view of the dusty, dirty stairs and ledge. The waitress was working the whole room ALONE , during lunch. It was not the best situation for the staff that was there. The pizza and cheesy bread were good, however, find someone with standards to clean the place.

This was probably the best dining experience I've had in years! Our server was sweet and on top of everything. Even gave us a free appetizer for being first time guests. The parmesan bites and cheese bread were both delicious!Our server provided old time customer service that you rarely see anymore. We will be back!

Parry, you had one shot. One shot to impress the first time customers, one shot to impress the visiting out-of-towners. You missed your shot. Allow me to paint the scene. 2 pizzas. The first, which we 'll call 'Pizza Alpha ', was pepperoni. The second, which we 'll call 'Pizza Melinda ' because I 'm a weird person, was a Hawaiin with jalapenos added on one side. Everyone with me so far? That 's a rhetorical question, because I know for a fact that we lost Parry somewhere along the way. We received 1 pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos in half. I have no idea how that order slipped past someone on the way out the door, because as we all know, 2 pizzas is more than 1pizza. Sigh. Alright, let 's just call, I 'm sure they 'll quickly send us out our second, hopefully correct pizza as the children pick the jalapenos off their pepperoni pizza while crying tears of sadness. Parry, far from the helpfulness we imagined, informed us that all complaints were handled by door-dash. I....what??? Pizzas Alpha and Melinda were ordered from you, not door-dash, who you apparently contacted for the delivery. Can door-dash make Pizza 'M ' (I got tired of typing Melinda over and over again) and send it out to my children? Surely not. The Dash immediately refunded our money, even though the problem was not their fault, so good on them. You may now be asking, is there a bright side to this dim tale of woe? Take heart my friends, for there is. The incorrectly jalapeno-studded Pizza Alpha was fairly tasty.

Decided to try Parry's for lunch the other day. That area has tons of food options but this was hands-down the best. Great lunch specials especially for us that work in the area. Wendy was our waitress and she brought the best service I have received in years! Food was great, prices were great, and the service was amazing. Quite the breath of fresh air.
