What the heck happened to Pikes Perk?! Service is absolutely horrible now! The lady taking orders, Tina, VERY unfriendly. She doesn’t say hi if you say hi, she’ll look at you with a stank face and say “what’s your name?” Demeanor felt like, “can you hurry up and tell me your order.” I order, she doesn’t write down on the cup that I want 1/2 caf, so I proceed to tell the nice gentleman making the drink and he says “oh ok! No problem.” All of the pastries and quiches that used to be in the front behind the glass, gone. We go here quite often since we work in the same plaza and have been for over 7 years, it’s ALWAYS been crowded, hard to find a seat, well yesterday when we walked in, there were only TWO people sitting. Bring PP back!

Great live music, really good food options and beverage selection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A great place to chill, get work done, have a friendly get together... Just great.

My friend and I wanted to try out this place for the first time. When we went up to the counter the barista immediately rolled her eyes and kept looking at her phone/iPad so we waited back for a bit for her to finish what she was doing. After a few minutes she announced that she had been waiting for us to order. However, she hadn't looked up from her device for the entire time nor said anything to us) and we were kinda taken aback from her tone of voice and behavior. Once we got the tea it didn't taste like anything but water. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but it was really shocking and I do not recommend this place because of this experience and won't be going back. :

Went in the afternoon. There was no background music on. The atmosphere felt more like a library than a coffee shop. The other patrons were on their computers and I felt like I had to whisper my order to the barista. Good coffee and good service.

Im.not to happy with this establishment as for me there are better coffee shops. Twice I have been in and tried to pay with a credit card and there was a malfunction. Both my wife and I looked up our account and there was plenty of money in there. The coffee was so so and there could be improvements made in the hew business transition. Lastly, they close at 6 although it is listed till 9:00 pm. I would have like to have known that as many business' don't post their changing in hours.Im.not going back there as there are better options for me.
