White Castle - Columbus

I had a White Castle breakfast for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised. I had two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. These were packed full of fresh flavor. So much better than any other fast food chain. I also had the hash browns. These crispy disks of potato goodness were a perfect side. I'll definitely be coming back!

The food was hot and fresh...best onion chips we have ever had at any of the White Castles in the past. The young lady was very nice, smiled even though she was extremely busy. Great service. East Broad St one is the best one we've found.

I want to share of my experience with a young man that works here his name is Jose he was such a pleasant young man. Helped me with a door dash order I was trying to pick up the drive thru line was so backed up due to inside being closed for short staffing when I called the restaurant to get help with my customers order he was so helpful and did it all with a smile . This is true meaning of customer obsessed . Great job young man . I definitely will go back to this location with Jose being there .

Went to the Driv-Thru today 4th of July 9:40 a.m. the receipt said 'Here ' and charge sales tax I let them know that you don 't charge tax on to go and they told me they updated the system and I just got back from vacation so it 's out of our control. So you 're going to let all the customers be charged taxing correctly until corporate figures it out I don 't know doesn 't seem right

Coffee Onion chips Lines extremely long Coffee was cold, take back Coffee, then Coffee is hot, but filled with Coffee grounds. I put the Coffee on open window I went to another Whites Castle on Hamilton Rd Main. Much better
