The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, the food is excellent. However, it is concerning that Corporate seems to be indifferent to the fact that the restaurant was recently robbed. Employees were forced to keep working after a person jumped the counter. Can Corporate please take action to remedy this situation? Perhaps provide a bonus check for the pain and suffering experienced by the staff, as well as potential PTSD. It is important for Corporate to address the workers' concerns and provide better treatment and fair compensation. Let's strive to do better.
Today/tonight this location was on point! I live near by and I also eat at a location by my job but it was hot burgers served up tonight I got the bacon cheeseburger! The sour cream and chive potatoe they actually had in stock and it was hot and had double butter and sour cream mhhhhmmm sooo good!
They are not digging into the fries with their hands and taking them one by one, causing their order of fries to take 10 minutes. It is unappetizing to see someone twirl their fries before eating them. The issue with Wendy's food is that it becomes bad after 5-10 minutes. I know this because I used to work there. Instead of serving fresh food, they serve food that is poorly prepared.
I waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no one ahead of me at 4 o'clock, only to become impatient and leave. All the employees were sitting by the windows on their phones, chatting with each other, and paying no attention to customers. I couldn't even get anyone to take my order. The food quality was rated 1 out of 5.
