Watershed Kitchen Bar - Columbus

This hidden bar and restaurant is a paradise for cocktail enthusiasts. The lounge-style decor features a glass wall displaying the many vats used for distilling their spirits. The cocktail menu resembles a magazine from the 1950s, offering a wide array of drink options. The food menu is more concise, prioritizing quality over quantity. I tried the beef short rib along with an Old Fashioned-inspired cocktail, both of which were outstanding. While the service was somewhat slow due to the busy night we visited, it didn't overshadow the experience. Keep in mind that the prices reflect the quality, making this a perfect spot for special occasions.

Excellent service and food! We had a reservation for dinner at 7 on the patio, but when it started to rain, they promptly moved us inside and seated us right away. The ambiance was really enjoyable. The dinner menu offered a good variety, but the drink menu was extensive! For appetizers, we ordered the Brussels sprouts and the bread spread, both of which were fantastic. For the main course, I tried the short rib and the smash burger, and both were outstanding! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the burger was, and it came with a generous serving of fries. The portion sizes for everything were just right.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience! Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we didn't have any dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is lovely! They offer a fantastic menu of cocktails, including bourbon flights. The food was also excellent, and I can't wait to return to try more dishes!

We had a phenomenal experience here to celebrate a birthday. Everything we ordered (cocktails, appetizers, dinner, and dessert was perfectly prepared. The service was wonderful as well, and they even re-did a steak we had ordered that came out undercooked(and they made us feel comfortable about asking, as I am usually quite shy to send a dish back! . The tasting menu is very worthit for a special occasion or date night and we will definitely be back!

Went for the tour didn't eat. Tour was really informative. Learned things other distillery tours didn't mention. Got to sample 4 spirits and a few more after. Some like the Nocino were nothing like I ever tried before.
