I love the pizza here and the subs could be just as good, but they never pay attention to the customer order. if a customer pays for double meat and well done, the lower part should be double meat and well made. Instead, they hurried out the lower parts in effortlessly wise and not only put the double meat, the lower part is also cold and not completely boiled. this happened at 4 separate locations at the arlington location. you can make tommys better! if they want good pizza, they are still at the point when they have a good underhead to iaconos where the subs are great and the personal listens to their customers.
It is so good to see that the dining room is open again! I see they're back to lunch! I had delivered tommys pizza last night and it was incredible. I have been there for over 40 years and still tastes so great! btw. I still try to bring the red cream soda of barq back to the restaurant with the crushed ice.
Never again accept an order from this place as that. I got a text that said it was ready to 8:25 clock then was said it would be another 12 minutes that turned into another 10 minutes. the dame at the front, which apparently was the manager, also had an employment. I lost many others I could do. I waited for 30 minutes on one pizza and nobody even apologized for waiting. annoyed and unprofessional to say the least.
I've been going to to tommy for over 50 years. I had pizza in new york city, among them little italy. I had pizza from chicago to California. none of them comes near tommy. what goes on as a pizza today is pathetic. tommy is the right one. johannes
Cashier at the 1350 W Lane location (Brown hair, Glasses) was a HUGE disappointment. Employees at this location are NOT happy. Frankly, I don't care why they are unhappy they are being paid to do a job and I think Tommy Iacono would be very disappointed in the way they treat customers. Was surprised with how rude the cashier was a month ago and thought it must be a fluke so we tried again yesterday. Same cashier, same frown, same rudeness. Its literally like she wished no customers would come in! Sorry Tommy's after years and years, you have lost a customer at this location.
