Endearing classic home with some seriously tender and juicy bbq. Chicken, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs are all amazing. Mac n Cheese is seriously creamy, Spicy Brisket Chili is meaty and super filling. Collard Greens is super yummy. Alligator Sweet Whisky Shot (bbq sauce) is where its at!4.6/5

The pulled chicken BBQ sandwich and skinny were very good. The group we were with were jealous of how good it looked and tasted. The spicy and regular BBQ sauce was delicious The bun was a little hard, like it had been microwaved but they made the food right in front of you.Food: 5/5

Food was delicious, BBQ on par with Texas and Kasnas for sure. Anyone stating the prices are too much for the servings are just flat broke and should stay at home and cook for themselves. You pay for what you get and it's a hell of a lot of flavor. Highly recommend if you're looking for southern flavor in a northern state!Food: 5/5

Stopped by today for a quick bite with friends before a play. I had the brisket combo with mac cheese and collard greens. Nice portions took home leftovers. Everything had wonderful taste with a balance of herbs and spices. However, the brisket was very fatty. I know there’s some fat in brisket, but this was on more than half fat on my order. Last thing, why were we asked if we wanted to tip at the register? We literally carried our own food to the table, poured our own water, and then cleaned up after ourselves. Pay your staff a living wage so their livelihood is not left up to the kindness of strangers.

I decided to try takeout from Audubon, which came highly recommended. I ordered the pork sandwich, chicken legs, mac and cheese, and cornbread to get a variety of flavors. Everything was fantastic! I loved the seeded bun—the pork was tender, and the chicken legs were smoked and sauced to perfection. The mac and cheese was among the best I've ever had, and the cornbread was moist with a hint of sweetness. Next time, I'm definitely going to order the ribs!
