Shane's Rib Shack - Columbus

Shane's Rib Shack is truly the best wedding caterer if you want delicious food and excellent service! We had our daughter's wedding there on Saturday and the menu included chopped pork, chicken tenders, baked beans, mac and cheese, and Brunswick stew. Everything was cooked perfectly and so tasty. Our guests have all raved about the meal and I saw many happy diners enjoying their food from the buffet line. The meal presentation was elegant, with the dishes being served by a friendly staff. After everyone had eaten and gone back for seconds, the crew packed up their equipment, boxed up the leftovers for us to take home, cleaned up, and left. It was a fantastic process and a huge help to us as the hosts of the reception. A special thanks to Patrick Harris, the Catering Manager, for helping us plan the event. His friendly demeanor and willingness to ensure we were happy with our choices played a big role in selecting Shane's as our caterer. Patrick assured us everything would be perfect, and he was right. The meal, service, staff, and presentation exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your role in making our daughter's wedding the talk of the town. Your kindness and top-notch service will not be forgotten!

This is one of the best places to eat at, customer service is on point , food is so good. Prices is just right. They even send you codes to your phone on deal throughout the week. I love this place

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The chopped BBQ chicken plate was fantastic, especially with the 'hot' sauce. The original, spicy, and mustard sauces were also incredibly delicious. This restaurant strikes a perfect balance between fast-food establishments like McDonald's or Burger King and those upscale restaurants where you have to wait forever to be seated and for your food to arrive. It's just the right speed for a satisfying meal.

I went to Shane's yesterday with my Nephew. He had a kids hamburger and I had the big daddy. The food was hot and fresh when I got it which is always a plus. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend Shane's to my friends and family.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. I usually don't eat ribs, but the wait for their ribs was definitely worth it. I will definitely be ordering ribs more often now. I also tried the Big Daddy sandwich, which was delicious. The peach cobbler was the best I've had in years. My family and I will be returning to this restaurant regularly.
