Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

We ordercheeseburgers and shakes which were delicious as always, but this time we tried the chicken bites which were surprisingly delicious as well.

Burger and shhskwere very good, fries were almost as cold as the shake.

Delivery order was missing the fries. The new truffle burger was decent but could have used some additional truffle flavor. On a later date I went to another Shake Shack restaurant to try the truffle fries and they were cold which was disappointing. The fries are regular fries with some shredded Parmesan cheese on top. The truffle part is the sauce, which originally was not provided with my order at the restaurant but when I requested the sauce it was delicious. The best plan is really to order the truffle burger and truffle fries and then add some of the truffle sauce to the burger. That is, if Shake Shack actually gives you everything you ordered which in my experience is 0% of the time.

Cheeseburger meat fell out of bun sat at bottom of bag. Fries were cold and stale. Shake had way too much chocolate.

Every item in my order was either incorrect or handled poorly. I will never support this place ever again, go spend your money more effectively elsewhere.
