We hadn't visited Red Lobster in several years, but after receiving gift cards, we decided to give it a go and we were thrilled! My salmon was cooked just as I asked, the large shrimp were fantastic, and everything was served hot and delicious. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. We had a very enjoyable dinner and evening overall, and we will definitely be back!

My previous review of the Hamilton Rd location still holds true, but today I'm focusing on the Rt. 161 location. The company reached out to address my past disappointment at Hamilton Rd, so I decided to give this place a shot. This time, I ordered salmon, potatoes, and coleslaw, and everything was absolutely delicious. This is just like I remember from the past. It seems that different restaurants have different management styles—some truly care, while others do not. I'll definitely be returning to the Rt. 161 location from now on. You should give it a try too. Enjoy your meal!

My three daughters and I visited this restaurant for dinner during our trip to Columbus for the Equine Affair, and we had a fantastic experience! The food was wonderful, and our server, Philip, was exceptional. The manager, Anthony, was also impressive! Everyone treated us warmly and made us feel genuinely welcome. We shared many laughs with all the staff. I highly recommend trying the Sunrise Passion Colada; it's incredibly delicious!
