Rally's - Columbus

More than half of my order was missing. the first and last time with this location. called the load and it rings and rings until the party cannot be reached. apparently nobody likes to answer the phone there. their order from 5-5:30 a.m. to 2/6/22.

Just left this place....Horrible service, absolutely rude women working the drive thru. Our wait was extremely long and the food was terrible. Probably could have over looked some of it but the lady was just absolutely rude!!! Wont be back..

Food was decent but I ordered the 10 piece wing combo and it came with little to no sauce, and the wings were not even covered, it was all in the bottom of the box

It is 02/01/2022 at 19:42 pm. I just went through the drive thru and a man told me it will wait a 15-20 min because they restarted it system. it is funny ursache two days ago at 10:30 they restarted them system. It seems like nobody wants to work here. They told me last week that they turned the ice machine around 6. rally is at the morse rd. please go 161 to get it. Oh, I'll call you tomorrow. they have a good aftertheute 2/16/22 at 15:00 clock just visited the place again after management said it will be a change and again. the man in the service said that the system is off and will take 10-30 to restart. lol this place is a sweat and I'm on the phone on business now.

Do not go to this place when they expect good customer service I sat in the driveway for 10 minutes and no one came to the loudspeaker. all employees were there to support phones instead of customers. better.
