A big thank you to Carl and the other two managers who were working the late shift—they were quick and attentive to my order. It took them only about 5 minutes to prepare the entire order. Every item I tried tasted fantastic, just as I had hoped. Keep up the excellent work!
I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service at this restaurant, particularly thanks to Manager Carl. He demonstrates outstanding work ethic and overall performance. Even when it was raining, he ensured that everyone was taken care of and went out of his way to assist us with an issue we were having. The food was excellent—hot and delicious. Carl even took the time to come outside and chat with customers, which is something you rarely see. His commitment to going above and beyond is commendable. Great job, Carl!
This is definitely the best location in town for this chain. While some other locations may not measure up, this one truly excels. The food was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly affordable. Our server even mentioned how glad they were to have us. Plus, our meals were prepared and served in no time. Everything was on point!
The employees at this restaurant appear to be extremely overworked, and it shows. They seem to be on edge and often end up arguing with customers while serving them at the drive-thru window. It's clear that better management is needed here, along with improved pay for the staff so they can work more effectively and not have to rely on the few who are already there. I witnessed an employee named Beth shouting at her coworkers so loudly that I could hear her from inside my car with the windows rolled up. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich, which was poorly made and tasted bad. I truly wish I could get my money and my time back.
She informed me that my first card was declined, so I provided her with another one. However, when I got home, I found that both cards had been charged, and no one is answering the phone. Overall, the food was excellent: 5/5.
