Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and my orders are consistently accurate! However, the "security guards" outside can be quite hostile and unfriendly. They often seem indecisive about directing traffic, which can turn into a chaotic scene that feels like a comedy sketch. They have a tendency to step in front of your car if you're not going the direction they've chosen that evening. It's really reckless and a bit frightening! I usually avoid this Cane’s when they’re working in the parking lot.

I absolutely love the Caniac combo; every element of it is fantastic, along with everything that accompanies it. The service is consistently quick, even though they always seem to be bustling with customers. They have really perfected the process. The atmosphere is usually loud and packed, and while the cleanliness could be better, it’s not dirty—just a bit clear that they haven’t had a chance to clean up yet.

It was a very busy night, yet the service was quick and the staff was friendly.

Love me some CANE 'S! I do enjoy the other chicken place (the Sailor Man) but Cane 's is my favorite, when it 's fresh and hot, few things are finer. Remember to request BBS or BOB!

Best chicken fingers around! They are meaty, consistently served every time, crispy, not soggy. Also the drive thru staff is efficient and friendly while also being quick. We are newcomers to Columbus and love this food.
