Dined in panda express by easton town center in columbus, ohio. the experience was mediocre, but what led me to write this review was the rude and unprofessional customer service of the calssor angelica. she had a bad attitude through the whole exchange, while even raising her vote on me frustration when I asked for serviettes. my pregnant girlfriend asked for a refill of her water cup and she refused to serve her. it was shocking that she would represent this company that is eating that I usually enjoy.

Always short staff, they have to wait for 20 minutes to pay after their food packed and ready.

Takes more than 10 minutes to get a meal with less than 4 people on line. The food is already cooked. Ridiculous.

Something definitely isn't right with those noodles.
